The ACTIV Group brings together three separate companies which operate in various industry areas, from supporting the shipbuilding sector, through the yacht sector, to the manufacturing of furniture. The Group’s headquarters are located in Pszczółki, about 25 kilometers from the centre of Gdańsk. We currently employ nearly 200 people, working in two locations: in the main plant in Pszczółki and in the production department in the shipyard areas of Gdańsk.
Within the basic scope of ACTIV’s offer, we carry out work on board any type of marine vessels (cruise ships, passenger ferries, barges, tugs, offshore vessels, fishing vessels) and on motor and sailing yachts.
We offer a broad range of renovation, modernisation or reconstruction works which can be carried out on offshore structures such as platforms, drillships, floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) units.

A consortium of Gdynia's Nauta Ship Repair Yard and Crist Shipyard built a scientific research catamaran for the Institute of Oceanography at the University of Gdańsk. On 24 June 2017 the vessel was officially named Oceanograf. Activ Sp. z o.o. carried out all the outfitting works on the catamaran, which were completed to a "turnkey" standard.
